Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the UK only.

UK Delivery

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched as soon as possible.

Our usual dispatch time is 2–3 working days, although this may be slightly longer during collection launches, particularly when we experience a high volume of orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery

Standard UK delivery is estimated at 2–4 working days from dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including postal delays, busy periods and adverse weather.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, please contact us at hello@loomandwren.co.uk so we can help arrange redelivery.
