Welcome to Loom & Wren.
These Terms of Service apply when you visit or use our website, purchase products from us, or otherwise use our services.
By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Please read them carefully before placing an order. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Loom & Wren is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology that allows us to operate our online store. Any purchase you make through our website is a contract between you and Loom & Wren, not Shopify.

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, billing information and delivery address.

We make every effort to ensure that our product descriptions, photographs and colours are as accurate as possible.
Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen and settings.
Our products are made in small batches and may contain natural variations in fabric, print or finish. These variations are part of the character of individually made and printed textiles and are not necessarily considered defects.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights in relation to the quality, description or fitness for purpose of our products. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose as required by applicable consumer law.
3. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
Once your order has been accepted and payment has been processed, we will send you an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, for example where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or product description error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we need to cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been accepted, we may not always be able to accommodate cancellation requests, but you retain your statutory cancellation and return rights as set out in our Returns Policy on our website.
Products purchased from Loom & Wren are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£).
The total price of your order, including any applicable delivery charges, will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Prices may change from time to time, but any changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
We may occasionally offer discounts, promotions or other offers. Any specific terms relating to those offers will be provided at the time of the promotion.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver within the UK only.
Our estimated dispatch and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy on our website.
We aim to dispatch orders as soon as reasonably possible, although dispatch may take longer during collection launches or other particularly busy periods.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to keep you informed if there is a significant delay with your order.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights in relation to delivery. Where no other delivery period has been agreed, goods must generally be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is entered into.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our Returns Policy explains how to return an unwanted item and how refunds are processed and can be found on our website.
For online purchases, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to applicable exceptions. Our Returns Policy explains how to exercise this right and any additional return arrangements we offer.
Nothing in our Returns Policy or these Terms limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides the technology and infrastructure that allows us to operate our website and process transactions, but any purchase you make through Loom & Wren is made directly with Loom & Wren.
Shopify is not responsible for the products we sell or for the fulfilment of orders placed with us.
